Shipping limits: 

We ship anywhere in the continental United States and Canada via Priority Mail through the  US Postal Service.  Please remember that Canadian shipments have added costs

Customer guarantee: 

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.  We guarantee that each item will be made     with care and attention to detail.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may arrange for a full refund or exchange with the return of your merchandise.  An exchange may require an alteration to your hat (size,trim,color) that would necessitate additional time before it is reshipped to you.  You pay only the shipping costs for the exchange.

Return policy:

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and all returns must be accompanied with the invoice slip and must indicate the reason for the return.  Return postal charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.  We would prefer that you call Fyne Hats By Felicity first before returning any item.  You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.  You may return any item to:  Fyne Hats By Felicity, 719  52nd Street, Des Moines, IA 50312.   THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS, EXCHANGES ONLY.
